Based on the concept of integration with nature and the existing landscape, Casa Roverella takes its name from a large oak tree that is incorporated into the design and becomes a defining feature of the project.
The layout of the house resembles an embrace, creating an intimate outdoor space and drawing the eye towards the lush Apulian hills.
The understated, minimalist style of the interior highlights the clean lines of the architecture, and the arrangement of the windows is designed to maintain a constant connection with the countryside.
The colours and textures retain a touch of rustic charm to blend in more seamlessly with their surroundings.
The interiors are the result of a collaboration with designer Jared Green, and the photographs are by photographer Alex Reyto.
